Leading a team to develop a comprehensive product for women to find wellness providers that fit their specific needs and life stages. Through effective cross-functional leadership, comprehensive user research, product design, and roadmapping, the MVP is under progress with a remote-first project team.
Product development of this app has to date involved a deep focus on identifying critical user needs, wellness practitioner needs, and designing high-impact, low friction flows that enabled the team to meet minimum viable requirements.
